High-speed flow wrapper

The FP095 is a full servo horizontal pillow-pack wrapper that produces pillow-pack style packs from a flat reel of heat-sealable wrapping material.

Solid construction with heavy-duty steel fabricated frame and the compact cantilevered design make cleaning easy. The wrapper is fully electronic with the reliable and operator-friendly control software being standout features of this machine.

The FP095 features a full-colour touch interface with 100 product memory. The machine automatically adjusts the bag length, print registration position, the crimper’s position, the dwell and the wrapping speed. The adjustment of the sealing temperature of the centre seal rollers and the end seal is simple.

High speed and versatility: up to 120 cycles per minute or available in twin, triple and quad (500 ppm) jaws.

The wrapper is capable of wrapping a variety of products in the food and non-food sectors.
