Over the past year, the platform has expanded its versatility across multiple packaging technologies including heat sealing, eMAP, stretch sealing, skin packaging and G.Mondini’s Slimfresh technology. Compatible with paper, plastic and aluminium trays, the system supports evolving sustainability goals while maintaining good seal integrity and shelf presentation.

Paired with G.Mondini’s INSEAL flange-free lidding technology, the system can also help to reduce plastic usage and packaging material consumption without sacrificing pack quality.

Designed for operational simplicity, the fully washable hygienic platform features tool-free format changes in under two minutes, intuitive controls and Augmented Reality support for faster setup and troubleshooting. Capable of speeds up to 25 cycles/min, the system is designed to deliver a scalable, flexible tray sealing solution built for modern food production.
