Distributions systems

TNA has introduced ROFLO, a distribution system which claims to push product breakage and flavour loss to all-time lows.

The distribution system uses a range of intelligent technologies and commonsense design features to make sure that your product is treated with care while being moved around the factory.

Suitable for delicate items such as chips, cookies and crackers, it can save thousands of dollars a year in broken product and over-flavouring.

The system has many features common to all applications that make it suitable for product handling and distribution, including:

  • Closed loop servo drive
  • Gentle low force operation
  • No product agitation
  • Total controllability
  • Long pan lengths
