Dipileg moulded plastic tub

The Dipileg moulded plastic tub with in-built serving utensils is suitable for a wide range of food applications. The container is available in a range of shapes and sizes and works well with most fill and seal machines.

The container is supplied with utensils already inserted within the moulded tub, held by a heat-shrunk sleeve that can be printed to any requirement. The key advantage of the tub is its denestability on existing customer fill seal machines with little to no changes in equipment required. The tub can be coupled with reel-fed or die-cut lidding solutions. Additionally, the tub resin can be modified to suit the application, as well as transparency levels and colour used during the moulding process.

Exclusively distributed in the Asia Pacific region through Jet Technologies, the container can be supplied as a consumable or designed as a complete fill seal solution using Ilpra and KBA coding equipment, as well as Alucap die-cut and reel-fed lidding solutions.
