Primera's AP-Series bottle label applicators are a suitable semi-automatic labeling solution for cylindrical containers as well as many tapered containers, including bottles, cans, jars and tubes.

With the bottle label applicator the user will be able to apply labels faster and more accurately — helping to speed up production and give products a professional finish.

The bottle label applicators are a suitable accessory to Primera's LX- or CX- Series label printers. The applicators can also apply roll-fed, pressure-sensitive labels produced by most other flexographic, offset and digital presses.

The built-in spring-loaded pressure arm makes sure labels are applied firmly and without wrinkles at speeds up to 1200 labels per hour.

Two models are available: the AP360 which applies single labels at a time, and the AP362 which can apply two separate labels onto the one container at the same time and comes with an LED display and memory for up to nine front-to-back label offsets.
