Bagger

The ADM-X240 bagging machine features a Panasonic PLC that offers high-end quality program control and investment security. The ADM-X240 is custom built as a standard bagger to ADM specification. The provisions made by ADM make this up-gradable from a standard model to a special-purpose machine for applications to include zipper interface, four-edge seal, valve application and more.

The Panasonic Servo motor is used to control the film pull for precision films feed and managed motion control offering a better transporting drive over inverter control or brake clutch motors. A Panasonic Servo motor is also used to drive the end seal on the ADXM-240 for again better motion control and bag-sealing results over pneumatics. It also offers the advantage of increased bag speeds.

The machine also contains a motorised rear carriage, adjustment for film positioning to assist in reducing set-up time during changeover.

The ADM-X240 is constructed in stainless steel providing all the advantages required in the food industry. With speeds up to 100 bags/min, it is a workhorse priced to suit most small to medium-sized operations.
