Asset filling automation range

The Asset Packaging Machines four-head automatic filler for liquids (including particles and suspensions) and lotions is very easy to operate. It has a fill range from 5 mL to 5 L, is easy to adjust (fill volumes, nozzles heights) and the controls are clearly marked, making it user friendly and easy to understand.

The portable filler comes on castors so it doesn’t need to be fixed or bolted onto existing production lines, simply roll it over the production line and its ready to use. All parts are easy to dissemble and no tools are required.

Other features include fast running speed (up to 60 units per minute), pneumatic operation and ‘bottom-up fill’.

The automatic twin filling machine is also available. It is easily adapted to suit a broader range of applications within minutes and features various intake methods including hopper and t-inlet for overhead tanks, it’s suitable for hot fills (up to 90°C) and also handles pastes and thick, slow-moving products. Other features include its fast speed (over 60 units per minute), quick changeover of parts because it has less than half of the change parts of the four head yet it still has all the same accessories. it is also portable, pneumatic and has ‘bottom-up fill’ capabilities.

The AV-3 volumetric filler with ‘bottom-up fill’ is also part of the range. It is taking technology from automated filling machines into benchtop size. Suitable for products that froth or layer and fold, it can also be conveyor mounted.
