AFPM’s 2200 filling system includes indexing combined with check weigh and reject functions using Siemens’ PLC and HMI and Mettler Toledo’s scale controller.

This allows operators to set filling and weight tolerances knowing the system will continue filling and identify any weight variances.

Also incorporated are a number of design upgrades to facilitate product changeover and improved fill consistency.
