Shrink sleeve and tamper-evident banding applicator producer Aesus has a full range of systems for production outputs of low, medium and high speeds.

All levels use the servo-driven mandrel application technique. This removes secondary side transfer, vacuum cups or any other movement forms to drive the sleeve directly into the container, resulting in a more accurate and better-controlled sleeve or band and a more uniform and consistent product.

Able to handle production speeds of up to 100 m/min and sleeves up to 100 mm, the ECO range has simple operator controls for fast changeovers.

The Delta Machine can achieve speeds of 120 m/min and sleeves in excess of 200 units/min, with the ability to be able to apply full body, neck bands or both from 12 to 150 mm container diameter.

The Premier range can be built for a specific product or group of products where high speed is required.

Aesus also produces a range of heat tunnels, from steam only and simple electric to hybrid combination tunnels of speed and infrared. The hybrid tunnel is used for complex shapes, reducing the consumption of steam and increasing shrink rates.
