Prisma’s range of pipeline metal detectors is for use in horizontal pipeline metal detection applications. The MDT09 and MDT11 pipeline metal detectors are suitable for liquids, meats and paste products in horizontal tubing.

In stainless steel with an IP65/67 protection level, these pipeline metal detectors have the electronics separated from the metal detection heads for optimum component accessibility for cleaning. Specific tubes are also available for optimised metal detection for each of the various product types these metal detectors are capable of handling.

Prisma metal detectors make it possible to reduce the free area between all the metal detection components to allow the pipeline metal detectors to be positioned in very tight spaces.

Available accessories for the MDT pipeline metal detectors include: deviation valves, supporting frames, special connectors and ethernet connections.
