Vibrating conveyors from Vibration Systems & Solutions

Vibrating conveyors from Vibration Systems & Solutions have no moving parts, other than the simple drive by pneumatic vibrator. This linear vibrator is the only moving part in the system and is designed with an air cushion at each end of the stroke, eliminating no metal-to-metal impact and with virtually no noise. This design overcomes the limitations of crank drive systems which have a sudden stop and start at each end of the stroke, causing stress on the mechanism and the bearings of the motor.

The stainless steel tray of VSS vibrating systems is mounted on blade springs operating in ‘resonant frequency’, which means that very little energy is needed to keep the tray moving.

These conveyors can be made up to 8 m long and offer transport speeds of up to 40 m/min, which can be easily adjusted while the conveyor is operating. There are no rollers or other moving parts except the vibrator itself, which means that maintenance is kept to a minimum, with just a clean, dry, lubricated air supply needed.

For critical applications, vibrator models which do not require any lubrication can be supplied.

The vibrating conveyors are suitable for discrete products such as lollies and biscuits or bulk materials like sugar or grain. The gentle movement keeps delicate products whole with minimal degradation. Shorter models can be made as rate-controlled feeders.
