Steinecker to be an autonomous company within Krones
Packaging and bottling machine manufacturer Krones has announced it will synergise all its brewery business operations under the singular entity called Steinecker.
Beginning in April 2021, the newly founded Steinecker will therefore offer all of the solutions and equipment required in a brewery, from raw materials reception right through to the finished product.
The brand Steinecker has been supplying brewing technology for more than 145 years.
Krones said by combining Steinecker technology with its own portfolio, it has positioned itself as a one-stop supplier in the brewing and beverage industry.
The Krones facility in Freising, which employs more than 450 workers, will be Steinecker's headquarters.
