interpack 2029 will have a new runtime
interpack 2029 processing and packaging event will adopt a new six-day schedule from Sunday, 10 to Friday, 15 June 2029 in Dusseldorf, Germany.
“We listen carefully to what exhibitors and visitors need and are creating a format that will support their success at the trade fair even more effectively. This is the first visible sign of that. Further innovations will follow,” said Thomas Dohse, Director of interpack, commenting on the plans for 2029.
The change responds to the requests for a more compact event schedule, which focuses on high-quality contacts and a more targeted use of time at the trade fair. By running from Sunday to Friday, interpack combines a wide international reach with greater efficiency for exhibitors and visitors.
The early European summer date is designed to further emphasise the festival-like atmosphere for the global processing and packaging community — complementing the innovations, discussions and business deals taking place in the exhibition halls.
