Hannover Messe 2022 rescheduled to May/June
German trade show for industrial technology Hannover Messe is rescheduling its 2022 event to late May.
The event was previously going to be held in April but due to the unpredictable conditions brought about by COVID-19, the organisers felt that it would be safer to postpone it until levels of vaccination were higher and the situation with Omicron was brought under control.
The expo will now run from 30 May until 2 June, and is being held at the Hannover Exhibition Center in Germany. It will be focusing on digitisation, sustainability and climate, in order to stimulate a culture of innovation in these areas. Circular economies, Industry 4.0 and decarbonisation are some of the other areas that will be touched upon in the expo.
Dozens of exhibitors from a range of different sectors and industries will be at the event to demonstrate their products and technologies, along with hundreds of speakers and events.
