Australian Dairy Nutritionals Group appoints Deputy Chairman

The Board of Australian Dairy Nutritionals Group (AHF or the Group) has appointed Martin Bryant as a Non-Executive Director and Deputy Chairman. Bryant is a skilled executive and director with international experience, focusing on Asia including China, Vietnam and the Philippines. Managing Director and Chief Executive of WesTrac China from 2007–2014, Bryant managed a workforce of 2300 employees and an annual turnover of AU$800 million. The Group’s board now comprises five directors, two of which (Martin Bryant and Adrian Rowley) are considered independent.

Bryant has extensive relationships and knowledge of Asian markets and brings operational, financial and strategic management skills from start-up, turnaround and growth environments. Bryant’s expertise and experience will be of value to the Group as it executes its infant formula strategy.
