HACCP Refresher course

This course is designed to refresh attendees' understanding of the Codex HACCP Principles and how they are applied to the development and review of a HACCP plan.

It will cover: a review of hazards and control measures; undertaking a hazard analysis; identification of Critical Control Points; and monitoring procedures, corrective action and verification.

This course meets Coles and Woolworths HACCP refresher training requirements (excludes Woolworths vendors being audited to WQAv7 – Service Providers or WQAv6 – Pet Foods).
