Aussie distillery receives sustainability certification
Antipodes Gin Company has become one of the first distilleries in Australia to receive the ‘Certified Sustainable’ status.
The certification is conducted by Certified Sustainable on sustainable practices within the industry. This underscores Antipodes Gin Company’s commitment to environmental stewardship, sustainable production methods and social responsibility.
The company takes a holistic approach to sustainability, sourcing organic ingredients, employing energy-efficient distillation processes, using recyclable packaging and planting over 11,800 trees.
The certification represents a milestone for the company, recognising its achievements in implementing sustainable practices and highlighting its role as a leader in promoting environmental consciousness within the spirits industry.
