This equates to less than 90 L product losses per production cycle for a 13,000 L/h system, compared to more than 150 L of lost product for the competitor’s current offers. And lower losses mean clear profit, as well as lower environmental impact.
The Tetra Lactenso Aseptic solutions enable users to decrease consumption of steam, water and electricity by 75% in standby mode. Aseptic energy hibernation automatically reduces product flow when the unit circulates water, while waiting for the filler to become available for example. Hibernation comes both with Tetra Pak’s new solutions and as an upgrade for existing installations.
