The Tenrit baton/stick cutter is a double-chamber, pneumatic-operated, benchtop model designed to suit large kitchens and small to medium food processors.
Made in Germany from stainless steel and food-grade plastics, the product features interchangeable knife grids for different sized cuts. It is suitable for carrots, cucumber, zucchini, potato, etc.
The machine can be trialled at the Summit Machinery Services test kitchen in Kilsyth, Melbourne.
