Reda Centrifuges high-speed clarifiers
Reda manufacture high-speed clarifiers for the milk, juice and wine industries which feature the installation of a frequency converter which provides two-speed operation, for high and low solids content.
This inverter reduces power consumption during start-up and allows the use of smaller and more cost-effective motors to be installed.
Reda has centrifuges that are suitable for particular tasks within the dairy industry, providing milk clarifiers, skimming separators, bactofuges and standardising lines.
All Reda centrifuges feature a ‘partial shot’ system, soft stream inlet, hydraulic seal, vibration control system, wider ejection openings in the bowl and nitrogen injection. The centrifuges are manufactured in stainless steel with the bowl in higher grade superduplex stainless steel.
Reda models are available with capacities up to 50,000 L per hour and Abeve provides trained staff for commissioning and breakdown assistance.
