Marukome One Shot miso dispenser
Marukome has launched its miso soup server, the One Shot. Using Ryotei No Aji brand miso, the server provides a portioned amount of miso from a compact bottle which is set in a specially designed dispensing unit.
The miso is dispensed by pushing a button on the unit and users then add hot water to the dispensed miso.
The dispenser is said to reduce wastage and improve efficiency and the compact unit does not require a power supply.
The dispenser comes with two varieties of liquid miso: Shinshu-style red miso with seaweed and bonito extract, and Shinshu-style white miso. No artificial ingredients or GMO soybeans are used in the miso.
