Developed for blanching, cooking, freezing, and drying applications, Intralox's Series 800 Perforated Flat Top 29S belt affords easier cleaning and repair plus greater durability. Intralox's reinforced design saves labour and time, contributing to overall greater productivity.

Intralox simplifies repairs with a self-closing rod retention system that keeps rods firmly in place without using rodlets. Additionally, Intralox's stiff polypropylene composite material eliminates the steel links that hinder rod removal and insertion in similar belts.

The hinge area opens when travelling around sprockets, making it much easier to flush out debris. Smooth, sculpted surfaces prevent debris from accumulating in the hinge area.

Deck thickness of 8.26 mm enhances impact resistance and durability. Steel rods and composite polypropylene belt material minimise elongation at high temperatures. The belt withstands temperatures from 104 to -29°C.

In addition to the double row of perforations lining each module, extra perforations are positioned along the drive bar to increase open area (29%) and facilitate drainage.
