Our first HyGenius Food and Beverage industry roundtable is going to be held in North Ryde/Macquarie Park on the afternoon of 28 November. Following the roundtable from 2–5 pm, Jasol is sponsoring drinks and canapés.

Potential roundtable topics include:

  • Food and beverage regulatory requirements
  • Hygiene programs and BRC Compliance
  • Audit preparation ensuring cost reduction for labour around cleaning/sanitising
  • Listeria control in low moisture environments
  • Shelf-life extension
  • Implementing energy- and water-efficiency strategies

But this list is not exhaustive — we would like to cover topics that are particularly relevant to the ready meals/high-volume catering and food and beverage processing industries right now.
