Sacmi OPERA 600 60T bottle labelling system
The Sacmi OPERA 600 60T bottle labeller is equipped with three labelling modules for cold glue application and the same number of modules for self-adhesive labelling. These allow output rates of 62,000 and 60,000 applications/h, respectively. The machine incorporates quality control systems and a bottle positioning system equipped with six colour video image acquisition cameras.
The modular labeller is easy to manage, hard-wearing and compact, while its flexible modularity ensures efficient operation under various manufacturing conditions. It can operate efficiently, at high speed, with just a single passage through the machine and across multiple labelling technologies and systems. The automatic splicing system means the reel can be changed without interrupting production, ensuring consistent performance.
