Bulk bag filling systems

The range of Bulkafil FIBC filling machines is tailored to suit clients' specific needs, offering efficiency and reliability, and utilising just one operator, from a single side platform.

The filling machine can handle powders and granules with widely varying characteristics, allowing for differing bag and inner liner constructions and dimensions, and with due consideration to environmental constraints.

The modular nature of the Bulkafil FIBC filling system commences with the basic unit filling two bags per hour, and it may be upgraded to 60 bags per hour, for both lined and unlined bags.

The system features: hanging bag suspension; all operations are serviced from one side, keeping floor space to a minimum; minimum head room required, through integration of weighing and bag suspension system; low pressure cellular rubber bladder for dust-tight seal or bag filling spout; and twin tube filling head with dust extraction point.

Adjustable books accommodate various bag loop lengths. A full automatic fill and tie system is available for dangerous products.

The BulkaFil Bag Filler may be integrated into a turnkey system including storage hoppers and enclosed filling conveyors, typically aeromechanical, flexible screw or pneumatic conveying.
