The ElastiTag is a point-of-sale marketing tool for launching a new product, sharing a brand story, offering a coupon or providing recipes. The elastomer loop makes the ElastiTag easy to apply and the tag give products a ‘personality’ so they can stand out on the store shelf.

The tags are available in a wide variety of finishes and can be applied to glass bottles, plastic containers, jugs, cartons and cans, or directly onto produce or any other shelf-ready product. The tags can be created for almost any product, regardless of size or shape, and are suitable for both refrigerator aisles and store shelves.

Automation of the application of the tags onto production lines is achieved with the Northfield ElastiTag Applicator. The machine applies the ElastiTag to bottles, jars or other round neck products travelling on a production line at speeds up to 160 bottles/min.

The machine and assembly are mounted over the customer’s existing production line. This includes the applicator head and timing screw mounted on a stand.

The machine is easily integrated over existing conveyor lines, as the ‘H’ frame allows the machine to be rolled into place. And its height-adjustable stand allows for easy changeovers between bottle heights.
