The Autopac 1525RC pallet wrapper can have a remote control facility installed so the whole process of pallet wrapping can be achieved from the forklift driver’s seat. The device continues wrapping automatically while the forklift operator is picking up the next pallet for wrapping. This streamlines the whole process, increasing output capacity and improving efficiency.
Along with the versatile and efficient feature of remote control, a load cell can be added on to the wrapper as an optional extra. This also saves time by not using separate scales and ensures correct weights are identified for freight cost efficiency.
The 300% pre-stretch head is another feature that minimises stretch wrap use. The pre-stretch utilises the optimum memory in stretch film giving maximum yield and more pallets per roll of wrap.
The device also features soft start and stop wrapping; choices of automatic or manual cycle modes; adjustable top and bottom wrap counts; adjustable wrapping tension, turntable and carriage speeds; 180° rotating control box; troubleshooting shown on screen; manual reinforcing wrapping; safety switch to prevent foot pitch; height detection by photo sensor; one-way idle roller, designed to allow film tail to stay outside of carriage; and touch screen PLC control.
