Blue fabric conveyor belts

HP Blue polyurethane conveyor belts meet the stringent requirements for food safety and hygiene required by equipment manufacturers and end users within the food manufacturing industry.

The calendared cover with a density that limits bacteria growth makes the Blue polyurethane belt meet all HACCP criteria. This ensures high safety standards for food handling and processing. The HACCP conformity which is also endorsed by the special resistance to hydrolysis makes HP belts safe from the action of water, steam and chemical and mechanical agents used at the cleaning stage of all food equipment.

The VL (velvet) finish improves the de-hesive properties of the cover with any type of raw dough and also makes the belt safe for accumulation applications. The HP Blue belt has a very high resistance to the attack of fats and oils including palm and coconut oils.

The HP Blue belt can operate in temperatures as low as -30°C.
