Rockwell promotes electrical contracting business to gold

Rockwell Automation has announced that Victorian electrical contracting specialist GPS Electrical Services has been promoted to Gold System Integrator Partner.

GPS Electrical Services worked with its first major industrial client, La Ionica Poultry, in 1997. With more than 140 employees to date, it still actively supports the client as well as other industrial manufacturing businesses in Australia.

In Rockwell Automation’s PartnerNetwork, the Gold Status Systems recognises businesses with outstanding capabilities in control, low-voltage drives and machine safety.

Brad King, Managing Director, GPS Electrical Services, labelled the promotion a “significant achievement” and said the company was looking forward to continuing its partnership with Rockwell.

Rockwell Automation Market Access Manager, Australia and New Zealand Michael Massey said, “GPS Electrical Services has an excellent pedigree in the food and beverage industry, and like Rockwell, they place a high importance on education, training and safety. The GPS team is a great fit for our PartnerNetwork program, and it’s rewarding to see them going from strength to strength.”
