Q&A with Natural Evolution's Krista Watkins

Food and beverage innovation guru Krista Watkins from Natural Evolution Foods will be speaking as part of FIAL’s Food Matrix on Thursday, 19 November.

Natural Evolution Food’s trademarked and patent pending NutroLock technology is used to produce green banana flour and resistant starch. It has been scientifically tested to lock in 20–50 times more nutrition compared with other standard food processing techniques. And the energy-efficient technology can turn a green banana (or any other fruit/vegetable) into powder with 25 minutes.

During the event attendees will hear from Krista about how the company overcame obstacles and challenges during its development, and how it now strives for continuous improvement.

Attendees will also have the opportunity to ask questions directly to Krista.
