PepsiCo appoints Alexia Horley as CEO for ANZ Foods
PepsiCo has announced the appointment of Alexia Horley to the role of Chief Executive Officer for Australia and New Zealand Foods.
Horley, who currently serves as General Manager of Australia Foods for PepsiCo, will assume the CEO role from 21 July 2025. Current CEO Kyle Faulconer will return to the US where he has been appointed SVP, PepsiCo North America Commercial. Stephan Anderson will remain as GM ANZ Beverages and ANZ CFO, reporting to GM Asia & ANZ Beverages and SVP CFO APAC foods.
Anne Tse, CEO APAC Foods, PepsiCo, said Horley is uniquely positioned to lead ANZ Foods into its next phase of growth. “Alexia’s strong strategic mindset, relentless consumer focus and deep expertise in the ANZ retail landscape position her perfectly to lead the business forward. She’s a highly respected and dynamic leader and I’m looking forward to partnering with her as we continue to build momentum and shape the future of ANZ Foods,” Tse said.
Since joining PepsiCo in 2005, Horley has held multiple senior roles across Australia and Asia–Pacific, including Chief Commercial Officer for Australia Foods and GM Beverages, Philippines, Indonesia and Malaysia.
Under Horley’s leadership as GM of Australia Foods, PepsiCo Australia’s manufacturing footprint has expanded, including investment in new multipack capabilities and an additional production line for Red Rock Deli, to meet increasing demand and support growth.
