GS Italia has a range of grill marker machinery that is now available in Australia.
The grill markers are suitable for marking (not cooking) a range of products such as breads, peppers, zucchinis, meat steaks, hamburger patties and fish fillets. Grill markers can be used to enhance the visual appearance of the food items, by marking a ‘grate-like’ mark on the food product.
The markers are available in gas or electric models, with outputs from 80 to 400 kg/h depending on the product. The marking rolls are made of AISI 304 stainless steel and can be customised: vertically for products in slices or pieces or horizontally for small products. The machines can also handle wet and salted products.
GS Italia grill markers are suitable for large industrial and small to medium-sized production lines.
