BETE spraying solutions for food and beverage processing
Spray Nozzle Engineering has available the BETE range of spraying solutions for food, beverage and dairy processing plants.
BETE’s range of products is used in all aspects of the food industry, ranging from large-scale raw foods processing to the application of the shell on chocolate candies.
The nozzle designs incorporate food-grade materials, connectors and spray patterns to meet clean-in-place requirements used in processing of food products. The clog-resistant spiral design is self-cleaning and energy efficient, and its compact design allows it to fit small openings.
Nozzles play a critical role in maintaining a clean, safe and bacteria-free environment, preventing contamination from bacteria such as Listeria, Salmonella and E.coli in the processing of meat and poultry, fish, seafood and soft cheese. Wall-mounted systems can be designed to house two XAAD air-atomising nozzles to sanitise surfaces. The wide coverage of the atomisation nozzles is also suitable for controlling dust at transfer points and conveyers.
The nozzles are suitable for a variety of tasks, including water treatment, odour control, extraction, sanitising, washing and cleaning, cooling, humidification, liquid smoke, lubrication, spray coating, aeration, atomising, misting and mixing.
