Multiparameter, real-time, inline monitoring - revolutionising QA/QC in the beverage and food industries

Thursday, 13 March, 2014

Near infrared technology can be used for the real-time measurement of dissolved CO2, sugars/Brix, alcohol/ethanol and organic acids in the in the beer, soft drink, spirits, pharmaceutical and food industries. They can also be used to monitor CIP cycles.

Unaffected by the density, colour, turbidity, temperature or pressure of the product, the latest sensors combine infrared spectrometer technology with networking and software so that results can be displayed in real time anywhere on a company’s network.

If you are interested in finding out more about the latest developments in sensor technology, you need to attend ACI Connect - Australia’s new conference and exhibition that is focusing on automation, instrumentation and control.

Backed by IICA and Engineers Australia, the conference has lots to offer food industry professionals as they seek to improve their efficiency and productivity. Andrew McKay’s* presentation, Fluid analysers – what is the future?, which will explore the latest in multiparameter real-time, inline monitoring, is just one of the topics that is particularly relevant to food industry engineers.

As an added bonus, those attending the conference both days can claim 10.5 hours towards their CPD (continuous professional development) requirements.

Find out more about the conference and exhibition, view the program and register to attend at aciconnect.com.au.
