Crespel & Deiters has released the Lory Crumb Colored range of coloured crumbs for breading and toppings. Made with natural colorants, the crumbs are designed to remain colour-stable during cooking and are flavour-neutral.
Available in green, pink, yellow, orange and white, they can be used individually or in combination.
From coatings for meat, poultry, fish, vegetables, cheese or plant-based products, to toppings for baked goods and snacks, the crumbs are suitable for industrial applications as well as the convenience and foodservice segments.
