Oil-free compressed air

Conquest has released a range of oil-free scroll air compressors which, unlike oil injection type air compressors, operate without the use of oil during the compression process. This results in high quality, oil-free compressed air.

Highly compact and low noise, the scroll air compressors can be conveniently installed close to work areas.

An additional advantage is the energy-saving feature with controllers. These sequentially start and stop the compressor modules in response to the varying air demand.

With the installation of an air dryer and a particulate filter (depending on the process requirement), the compressed air produced will meet the ISO standards for air quality for any application.

The Conquest scroll compressor also helps users save on investment and ongoing maintenance costs as no additional equipment for oil/water separation is required. and as oil mist and vapour are eliminated, a safer and healthier work environment is created.

Further, the high-quality, oil-free air eliminates product quality issues due to contaminants in compressed air to help users save on operating costs.

The Conquest scroll air compressor is suitable for high-quality air application in industries including food processing, medical, printing and pharmaceuticals. It has a large capacity ranging from 2.2 to 37 kW and is available in 8 or 10 bar versions.
