Teralba has released the high-flow Dimpleflo Modublock heat exchanger for processing large volumes, up to 200 t of product/h and is capable of handling pressures of up to 40 bar.
The design uses a bolt-together system to join tubes enabling endless options by adding or reconfiguring the exchanger.
It is an all stainless steel tube-in-tube unit, making it hygienic and suitable for corrosive environments.
The unit is available in most grades of stainless steel, duplex alloys and titanium for highly corrosive and abrasives applications and environments and they can handle almost any application and process fluids with up to 85% solids.
