The alco Frozen Meat Grinder, Fresh Meat Grinder and type AMG 300 HD Combined Grinder are suitable for applications in the food industry and also for pet food products.
The machine is designed to grind frozen meat blocks with a temperature of down to -18 °C and dimensions of 600 x 400 x 200 mm to a diameter of as little as 3 mm. The intelligent cutting technology with serrated special knives, rings and holeplates enables a cutting process with low energy consumption.
A combination of two different separating mechanisms for fresh meat products is also available.
