The laser distance measurement systems AMS 300i from Leuze Electronic offers a selection of integrated interfaces.
In addition to the SSI Interface and the conventional RS interfaces, the AMS 300i devices become accessible to the world of international fieldbus communication via their compact M12 connector. This includes Profinet and Profibus as well as EtherNet/IP, DeviceNet, CANopen, EtherCAT and Ethernet TCP/IO or Interbus.
The systems have measurement distances of up to 300 m. In addition, speeds or configured borderline situations are calculated and monitored parallel to the position information. Thus, no boundaries are set on the uses of the standard application, from positioning to the monitoring of system states to dynamic adjustment.
