Jet cleaning head

The Toftejorg TZ-82 Rotary Jet Cleaning Head provides a tank cleaning diameter of up to 60 m.

The flow of the cleaning fluid drives the unit, making the nozzles perform a geared rotation around the vertical and horizontal axes. The indexed rotation provides impact cleaning of tank surfaces over a defined time period.

The cleaning head weighs 6.6 kg, making it suitable for portable use at the top of tanks on cat walks, or for use as a bottom entry unit.

TRAX Simulation is a software tool that simulates how the TZ-82 will perform in a specific tank or vessel. The simulation gives information on wetting intensity, pattern mesh width and jet velocity to determine the best location of the unit within a tank or vessel and the correct combination of flow, time and pressure.

Materials of construction are 316 stainless steel with a maximum working temperature of 95 °C and a working pressure up to 12 bar.
