DryExx GS is a dry conveyor lubricant formulated for glass packaging on stainless steel or mixed conveyors used in the beverage, brewery and food processing industries. The high-performance lubricant, when used in conjunction with Ecolab’s control system, is claimed to reduce water use in conveyor lines by as much as 97% and also helps enhance workplace safety.
With its newest conveyor lubricant, Ecolab is also introducing an innovative, engineered control system to help optimise line efficiency. The DryExx GS conveyor management solution can reduce bottle tipping, breakage and line stoppage, as well as help reduce influent/effluent treatment costs.
Designed for glass packaging on stainless steel, DryExx GS also works with mixed lines of stainless steel and plastic on a range of small to large packaging types.
