Dairy tub packing

The Pack Line PXG tub filling and sealing machine and the PDP-1 pouch and bag fillers are both designed to economically, swiftly and cleanly handle a range of moist products and liquids including dairy products.

PXG fill, seal and overcap machinery is suitable for a broad range of liquid and paste products (optionally, granulated or powdered products), having an output of 25 to 100 cups a minute to a maximum diameter of 117 mm.

Designed in one, two or four lanes, it suits containers of different shapes and sizes.

All product contact parts are stainless steel and food grade material. Integral to the machine are heat sealing, code printing, pick and place function for plastic overcaps and ejection of finished product. Further function options are available to suit individual applications.

PDP-1 models are suitable for zip seal pouch packs of tomato paste, juice, sauce, cleaners, granulate and other products, having an output of up to 20 one-litre bags a minute. The accurate, economical and reliable machinery, with a waterproof control panel, handles a variety of bag sizes and pre-made bags (minimum sizes 60 x 150 mm, maximum 100 x 280 mm). Emboss coding functions are integrated and further function options are available to suit individual applications.
