Cupcake world record
A new Guinness World Record for the world’s largest cupcake mosaic has been set in South Africa, with help from Riggs Autopack.
The Spar Group in South Africa used a Riggs Autopack Series 1 Micro-Fill depositor to fill more than 35,000 cupcake patties, which were then cooked and iced to make the world’s largest cupcake mosaic.
The cupcakes were donated to various charities and the money raised from the event was donated to a charity supporting children with cancer.
The Riggs Autopack range includes semi-automatic and automatic depositors that are suitable for dosing hot and cold liquid, semiliquid and suspended solid goods.
