The Xray-Hawk is an X-ray inspection system designed to inspect products in aluminium packaging. It is specifically designed to detect foreign bodies such as metal, stone, glass, bone and high-density plastic bodies.
The system is operator friendly and features a simple and easy-to-use touch panel which shows the operator the products being inspected and irradiated with X-rays.
Optional functions include: the mask inspection function which inspects missing product and foreign bodies at the same time; and the weight check function which enables products to be inspected for foreign bodies and weight checked at the same time.
With a fully stainless steel body, the system is easy to clean and compatible with the HACCP regulations. The machine features various X-ray leak-prevention measures and protection mechanisms to ensure that the machine can be operated without any special qualification for radiation equipment operation.
