Volumetric filler upgrade options for multi-fill machines

Multi-Fill has released a number of upgrade options for its MPFSC-120 and MPFSH-75 model filling machines. Multi-fill, semi-automatic and automatic volumetric fillers are designed for the home meal replacement, convenience foods and food service industries.

The filling head has been redesigned to open like an accordion, without the use of tools, and to stay open, making it more accessible for cleaning. The upper head plate, side plates and knife support now remain on the filler during cleaning.

Safety has been improved with a safety switch interlock on the tube hopper and from the head plate. Parts sustain less damage as they now remain on the machine during cleaning, and cleaning time is reduced as it is more accessible.

Another option is the post dump hopper, which is available for two-lane production lines. The bridge spans both the filler and hoppers/conveyors so that they can be filled by one dumper. The post dumper hopper increases the holding capacity of the two fillers.

The post dumper hopper bridge is removable for easy cleaning and maintenance access. The machines also have left-hand or right-hand model fillers available that offer easy access to control cabinets from the outside.
