The Leepack RP-8BT-Z pouch filling and sealing machine is an intermittent rotary machine with eight stations. It is designed for handling pre-made pouches such as flat and stand-up pouches (with/without zip). The machine is modular in design, with operating, adjusting and fault indication shown via a touch screen.
The RP-8BT-Z is suitable for packing a wide variety of products, from picked vegetables, dried fruit and nuts, wet and dry pet foods, personal care products such as soaps, creams, fabric softener to soups, sauces and coffee.
It has been hygienically constructed, allowing for easy cleaning, with high-quality and long-life machine parts. Various fillers, such as an auger filler weighing machine, volumetric doser, liquid doser, paste doser and other special dosers can be integrated.
