QuickLabel Systems Vivo! Touch digital label printer

The QuickLabel Systems Vivo! Touch is a high-resolution, high-speed ‘intelligent’ colour label printer that is capable of printing colour labels ‘on the fly’, in high print quality for in-house label printing by end-user manufacturers. The printer uses a 1.6 GHz internal computer to process large amounts of variable label data and coordinate label jobs, printing colour labels in high speeds of 5 ips.

It will also benefit the manufacturer who requires flexibility in its labelling process, both for printing photographic quality labels and labels that require data-intense variable information in colour from ERP systems, production databases, labels with batch-specific and product-specific label information such as batch codes, expiry dates, ingredients and product descriptions.

The compact printer with LCD touchscreen control panel uses toner efficiently, precisely depositing toner only when each dot of cyan, magenta, yellow and black is required in a printed image. It is suitable for industries such as food, beverage, chemical processing, dietary supplement, electronics, medical, cosmetics and personal care industries.
