PET stretch blow moulding machine manufacturer SIPA has released Sincro-Tribloc, which incorporates the blowing, labelling and filling/capping of PET containers.

The integrated Sincro-Tribloc system incorporates three machines into one and is a solution for companies with compact line lay-outs. The system consists of electronically synchronised blocks, which allows the system to be controlled by just one operator.

The Sincro-Tribloc contains a SIPA rotary blow moulding machine SFR EVO, roll-adhesive labeller and the reliability and flexibility of the isobaric volumetric filler.

The label used is pre-glued during the printing process, thinner films are used and it is 100% recyclable.

The advantages of the Sincro-Tribloc include the compact design – a solution for small areas; no air conveyors or bottle conveyors are required between the filler and labeller; and the efficient labeller (a blader system with reduced changeover time).

The system is hygienic – no need for hot glue and vapours, and it has low material and running costs.
