Mesutronic has released the Transmetron 05 CI, a metal detector suitable for inspecting products along a conveyor belt.
The device automatically removes, without interruption, metal contaminated products on conveyors; clean products pass without delay through the detector.
A metallic contaminant in the product changes the high frequency field within the detector coil, the electronic evaluation system then generates a switching impulse which activates the separation system through a cylinder and solenoid.
The detector has high sensitivity even with conductive products due to a powerful electronic evaluation system.
