The Adjustable Pouch King continuous motion horizontal form/fill/seal machine provides speed, efficiency and now flexibility of pouch size.

RA Jones has designed the model to allow easy and fast adjustments for various pouch dimensions, all of which can be handled at up to speeds of 500 pouches per minute. Virtually any pouch size within the adjustment range can be produced, using few or no changeparts.

Advantages of the model include: high outputs obtained along with maximum production flexibility; remote filling module provides flexibility and sanitation benefits; patented Jones sealing system ensures consistent temperature profile for a high quality side seal; fully integrated servo systems eliminates complex mechanical drive systems and reduces maintenance; advanced control system including colour touch screen HMI and system diagnostics; food grade stainless steel construction and ergonomic design.
